Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ChartIQ ("Company") and its members regarding the use of the Saju Cat service ("Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows.
- "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company, including fortune analysis and horoscope services.
- "Member" refers to a person who has agreed to these terms and entered into a service agreement with the Company.
- "Credits" refers to virtual payment units used within the Service to access fortune analysis and other features.
- "Content" refers to all information provided through the Service, including analysis results and fortune information.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
- The Company shall post these terms on the initial screen of the Service so that members can easily access them.
- The Company may amend these terms to the extent that they do not violate applicable laws.
- When the Company amends the terms, it shall specify the effective date and reason for the change and post them along with the current terms on the initial screen at least 7 days before the effective date. However, for changes unfavorable to members, notice shall be given at least 30 days in advance.
- If a member does not agree to the amended terms, they may request to terminate their membership. Continued use of the Service after the effective date shall be deemed consent to the amended terms.
Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)
- The service agreement is formed when a prospective member agrees to these terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application.
- The Company may refuse or subsequently terminate a service agreement for applications that fall under the following:
- Using a false name or another person's identity
- Providing false information or omitting required information
- Having previously lost membership status
- Failing to meet other application requirements set by the Company
Article 5 (Changes to Member Information)
Members may view and modify their personal information at any time through the account management screen. If information provided during registration changes, members must update it online or notify the Company by email.
Article 6 (Member Obligations)
Members shall not engage in the following activities:
- Registering false information during application or changes
- Using another person's information without authorization
- Modifying information posted by the Company
- Transmitting or posting information other than what is permitted by the Company
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfering with their operations
- Posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other content that violates public morals
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using information obtained through the Service without prior consent
- Other illegal or unfair activities
Article 7 (Provision of Services)
- The Company provides the following services to members:
- Four Pillars of Destiny (BaZi) analysis service
- New Year fortune service
- Compatibility analysis service
- Love fortune analysis service
- Other services developed or provided through partnerships
- The Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as a general rule.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, replacement, or repair of IT equipment, communication disruptions, or other significant operational reasons.
Article 8 (Changes and Suspension of Services)
- The Company may change the services it provides for operational or technical reasons when there is a significant reason.
- The Company may conduct regular maintenance as needed to provide the Service, and maintenance schedules shall be announced on the Service.
Article 9 (Credits and Payment)
- Members may purchase credits through payment methods specified by the Company.
- Credits are deducted when using paid services such as fortune analysis.
- Purchased credits cannot be refunded for cash and are only usable within the Service.
- The Company may change credit prices and types, with advance notice given for any changes.
- Purchased credits are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Credits that have expired will be automatically forfeited and cannot be refunded or restored.
Article 10 (Refund Policy)
The refund policy for credits is as follows:
Refund eligible cases
- Within 7 days of purchase and no credits have been used
- Service disruption prevented normal use of credits
Non-refundable cases
- Credits already used for analysis or other services
- Bonus credits received through events or promotions
- More than 7 days since purchase
- Credits that have expired after 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase

Article 11 (Copyright Ownership)
- Copyright and intellectual property rights for the Service belong to the Company.
- Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise commercially use information obtained through the Service, or allow third parties to do so, without the Company's prior consent.
Article 12 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from liability for service provision when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service suspension.
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by member negligence.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of fortune analysis results or horoscope information provided through the Service, and is not responsible for members' decisions or actions based on such information.
- The services provided by the Company are for entertainment and reference purposes only and cannot substitute for professional advice.
Article 13 (Termination and Restriction of Use)
- Members may request termination of the service agreement at any time through the account deletion feature, and the Company shall process the deletion promptly.
- The Company may terminate the agreement or restrict service use with prior notice if a member violates these terms or interferes with normal service operations.
Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company operates a customer center to address valid opinions and complaints from members and to provide compensation for damages.
- Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by applicable laws and customary practices.
Article 15 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
- Disputes between the Company and members shall be submitted to the Suwon District Court as the court of competent jurisdiction.
- Lawsuits filed between the Company and members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Addendum
These terms are effective from January 20, 2026.
