Refund Policy
This policy governs refunds for credit products in the Luckat service ("Service") operated by ChartIQ ("Company"). This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Eligible Cases
- 1.Service disruption/error: Refund is available if credits could not be used due to a service disruption or error caused by the Company.
Non-Refundable Cases
- 1.Used credits: Credits used for fortune analysis or other services are non-refundable.
- 2.Bonus credits: Bonus credits received from events, promotions, or package purchases are excluded from refunds.
- 3.Change of mind or unused credits: Refunds are not available for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or other personal reasons, even if credits remain unused.
- 4.Partial use: If any credits from a purchase have been used, partial refunds for unused credits are not available.
- 5.No cash conversion: Refunds are only returned to the original payment method. Cash conversion or transfer to third-party accounts is not available.
- 6.AI result variability: Even with the same birth date and time, AI-generated analyses may differ in expression, emphasis, or interpretation each time. This is an inherent characteristic of the service and is not grounds for a refund.
- 7.Subjective dissatisfaction: Personal dissatisfaction such as 'the reading doesn't feel right,' 'this isn't what I expected,' or 'I don't like the result' does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
Refund Amount Calculation
- Refund amounts are based on the actual payment amount.
- For discounted or promotional purchases, refunds are based on the discounted amount.
- Payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Timeline
- You will be notified of the refund decision within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.
- After approval, refunds are processed within 3-7 business days depending on the payment method.
- For card payments, processing times may vary depending on the card issuer.
Payment Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a payment before credits are issued, please use the cancellation feature of your payment method or contact customer support immediately. Cancellation is only possible before credits are issued.
Subscription Refund Policy
Monthly subscription refunds follow the policy of the payment platform used. Please request a refund through the appropriate channel.
- •Android (Google Play) Subscription: Request a refund directly from Google Play Store. Within 48 hours of payment, you can use the "Get a refund" button in Play Store for an automatic refund. After 48 hours, refunds are subject to Google's review. Upon approval, your subscription ends automatically with no further processing.
- •Web (Toss Card) Subscription: Refunds are not available for change of mind or unused credits. Refund requests are only accepted in cases of service disruption or error. You may cancel your subscription anytime via My Page; cancellation stops future billing while retaining access through the current period.
- •Refund after Auto-Renewal: After auto-renewal, refunds are only accepted if there was a service disruption or error. Refund requests due to change of mind or unused credits will not be processed.
- •Not Refundable: Refunds are not available for used credits, change of mind, or unused credits. Only service disruptions or errors caused by the Company qualify for a refund.
